Nominated Supervisor / Centre Director

Are you an experienced Early Childhood professional ready to lead a passionate team and drive excellence in education and care? We are seeking a dedicated Centre Director to oversee the daily operations of our early learning service and lead our team in delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.

About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) while creating a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and educators. You will lead by example, mentor your team, and ensure the service operates at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre

• Lead, mentor and support a team of educators

• Maintain compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and organisational policies

• Build strong relationships with families and the local community

• Manage enrolments, occupancy and centre administration

• Support quality improvement processes and programming practices

• Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

• A current Working With Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
