We are looking for a professional, organised, and motivated Client Services Officer to join our friendly team.

Client Services Officer

As the Client Services Officer you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of service, advice implementation, administration and ongoing client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.

Your duties will include the following;

· Support the Adviser with preparation of Advice documents

· Client Onboarding – Managing applications and tracking implementation

· Maintain accurate client information in CRM software

· Document preparation and processing with precision

· Handling Client enquiries, delivering exceptional service with professionalism

· Liaising with clients and product providers on the progress of applications and implementation of advice

· Maintain Compliance & Regulatory requirements across all areas

· Reception relief as required

Essential Requirements

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the finance sector or client support role

· Commitment to service excellence

· Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

· Detail oriented, flexible and adaptable

· Proven high level of organisation/prioritisation capability

· Ability to work effectively in a team

· Australian work rights are required for this position

Desirable

· Previous experience in Financial Planning

· Experience using Xplan and Investment platforms
