Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Ballarat Zam Fam!

This is a part-time position for 25 - 30 hours working across Friday - Monday. This position will require some evening work.

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including customer experience, workplace culture, and financial results. Candidates must have leadership or supervisory experience.

• Valid Australian work authorisation

What you'll do

As Assistant Manager you will take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile.

• Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations

• Providing exceptional customer service to our amazing and loyal customers

• Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard

• Assisting with ordering stock from various suppliers

• Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking and cash handling

• Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant

• Ensuring all Food Safety and security standards are recognised and upheld.

It is important to note that this is a hands-on role in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant.
