Not every Site Supervisor role is about chasing impossible timeframes and constantly putting out fires.

This one is different.

Behind the scenes is a well-established Perth residential builder with a 40+ year reputation for delivering quality homes throughout Perth’s growing suburbs. They’re busy, financially secure, and continue to grow through reputation rather than aggressive expansion.

You’ll inherit a well-established run of approximately 10-11 projects across the Northern suburbs of Perth.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own work, backed by an experienced construction team who understand that good supervisors deliver their best work when they’re supported, not micromanaged.

You’ll be successful if you have

• Previous experience supervising residential homes in Perth

• Strong knowledge of double brick and/or brick veneer construction

• Excellent trade management and scheduling skills

• High standards when it comes to workmanship and presentation

• The ability to stay calm, organised and solution-focused in a busy environment

• Experience using construction management software (or confidence learning new systems quickly)
