About the Role

Are you a proven closer who knows how to lead from the front? We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and hands-on Solar Sales Team Leader to grow, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team.

In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk—you will lead your team out in the field, setting the standard by knocking doors, setting qualified appointments, closing deals, and coaching your reps in real time. Field Leadership & Coaching

• Lead from the Front: Actively knock doors and generate leads alongside your team to maintain personal sales proficiency and set performance benchmarks.
• On-the-Ground Coaching: Conduct daily field shadows, side-by-side training, and real-time feedback to improve rep pitch techniques, objection handling, and closing rates.
• Team Morale: Keep energy high, foster a competitive yet supportive team culture, and drive daily/weekly momentum through contests and incentives.

Team Management & Operations

• Turf Management: Map out, assign, and manage daily knocking territories efficiently to maximize lead generation and market coverage.
• Daily Meetings & Huddles: Run dynamic morning huddles covering sales techniques, product updates, objection handling, and daily target setting.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team KPIs (doors knocked, contacts made, appointments set, sit rates, closes) to keep your team accountable.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Team Growth: Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding new sales talent to maintain optimal team capacity.
• Onboarding & Ramp-Up: Structure initial training protocols for new hires to get them field-ready and producing quickly.
