Senior Contract Administrator

My client

We’re currently working with a well-regarded residential builder across Sydney who are looking to bring on a Senior Contract Administrator to deliver a luxury waterfront project.

Projects range from boutique luxury apartments through to large-scale residential developments, ranging in value from $100M - $300M.

Key Responsibilities

Manage contract administration across residential apartment projects Prepare and assess variations, progress claims and payment schedules Assist with procurement, tender packages and subcontractor negotiations Work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, consultants and subcontractors Maintain accurate cost tracking, reporting and commercial registers Support project teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and risk management

Requirements

Experience working as a Contract Administrator on Class 2 residential projects Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management and head contract management. Ability to manage variations, claims and commercial reporting Good communication skills and ability to work closely with site and delivery teams Experience with systems such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac or similar
