About The Role 

Our customer service team is highly valued and critical for our continued success. The role is diverse and will see you working with a large and varied product range. 

Key accountabilities: 

• Engage face-to-face with customers in a Showroom environment taking them on a journey of exploration to provide the best packaging solution to fit their needs

• Respond to telephone sales enquiries 

• Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and timely follow-up to meet specified delivery dates

• Price and quote customers within agreed parameters 

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business 

• Field new enquiries and provide support to the external sales team 

About You

To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes: 

• A passion for sales and customer service 

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills 

• Computer literacy - SAP or equivalent, although not essential, would be advantageous 

• A collaborative approach and a team contributor 

• Maturity and a proactive nature 

• High attention to detail and accuracy
