Shuttle Bus Driver

Job Description

About the role:  

An exciting opportunity exists for a Shuttle Bus Driver based at Brisbane Off Airport on a full time basis! The Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers at Brisbane Airport are safely taken to and from the terminal ranks to our back up office location on airport grounds. They will also assist in loading and unloading baggage / luggage of customers.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide timely shuttle service to customers to/from airport terminal to the office location

• Build rapport and assist with customer queries and provide relevant information to enhance the customer experience

• Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment

• Conduct thorough cleanliness inspections to ensure the bus is clean and well-presented

• Responsible for the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers, and luggage

• Be compliant with road safety and regulations, internal company policies, local airport authorities, traffic management, and any other local laws.

To be considered, you should possess:

• A current, valid and unrestricted driver’s license

• Must have full rights to work in Australia

• Ability to work around a 7 day rotating roster

• A flexible approach to business hours

• Strong commitment towards customer service and going the extra mile

• The ability to undergo a full medical assessment that the Company will pay for.
