Depot Support Officer

Location: Coppabella (Moranbah Region)

Remuneration/Benefit:  $92,846 plus super plus a generous locality payment / accommodation options onsite.    

Monday to Friday | Moranbah Region | Home Every Night 

About the role: Working closely within the day of operations this role will provide support to the Regional Operations Manager and the wider team. This is a varied, and at times, challenging role where excellent communication and organizational skills will be required. You will work alongside a fantastic leadership team to ensure the smooth running of our Coppabella depot.  

About you:

You are a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. Working from our Coppabella depot each day, you will bring great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support the wider team wherever needed

Duties include but not limited to:

• Day to day administration
• Scheduling of meetings, note taking of meeting minutes as required
• Document management including archiving and file management
• SAP experience an advantage but not essential
• Purchasing (creating orders, invoicing, goods receipting)
• Credit card reconciliation and travel bookings
• Leave Management
• Team event organisation
• Vehicle Management and co-ordination of maintenance activities
• This is not a FIFO position. We are seeking candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Moranbah region
