Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical guidance and subject matter expertise on complex building registration and licensing applications.

• Prepare clear, succinct technical reports and briefs to support informed, consistent decision-making.

• Engage collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, including industry participants and consumers.

• Maintain accurate, transparent records, quality assurance manuals, and database systems.

• Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions within the licensing assessment function.
