Practice Manager

About the role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operational, and administrative running of the practice, while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. You'll work closely with our dentists and support staff to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes

• Manage, mentor, and roster front-of-house and support staff

• Monitor practice performance against KPIs and financial targets

• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training

• Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and stock control

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, WHS, and infection control standards

• Liaise with the Principal Dentist on practice growth and strategy

About you

• Previous experience in practice management (dental or medical preferred)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident using dental practice management software

• Sound understanding of budgets, billing, and financial reporting

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
