Qualified Baker to join our team. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for you to start your career in a team where you will gain support and training to develop your skills in a busy, dynamic store. We value quality and pride ourselves on customer service.

All products are baked freshly from scratch, daily on the premises. You will be a team player with the ability to handle any task that comes your way and have a strong work ethic. Amongst other things, the role will include:

• Following workplace Food Safety & OH&S regulations
• Producing, processing and baking a range of bread products
• Cleaning as you go and particular detailed cleaning tasks every day
• Listen to and follow direction
• Available to work on a rotating roster, early hours and weekend shifts
• Work well in a team environment.

Your main duties include but not limited to:

• Producing basic bread products
• Mixing Moulding doughs
• Assisting in product preparation and baking
• Oven work
• Providing delightful customer service when required
• Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards

• Have a passion for the baking industry
• Be punctual & reliable
• Keen to learn all aspects of the trade
• Be well presented
