ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a newly created Leadership Development Manager role, designed to elevate how we grow our leaders and their careers.

At Cotton On, we’re committed to creating meaningful career experiences and this role is all about building the capability, confidence and impact of our senior leaders.

You’ll design and deliver high-impact, tailored development experiences for key leadership groups and critical roles, moving beyond one-size-fits-all programs to create something more considered, more targeted and more meaningful.

Working closely with Talent, People & Performance and senior leaders, you’ll shape development that directly supports our future pipeline, ensuring our leaders are set up to grow with the business and lead what’s next.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience in leadership development, organisational development or consulting
• Strong capability in designing and delivering targeted, high-impact development experiences, and working with key stakeholders to integrate these experiences into broader capability programs
• Confidence coaching, facilitating and partnering with senior leaders and Executives
• Ability to diagnose capability needs, translate them into practical solutions and track measurable outcomes 

• Fresh thinking and new ideas, with a focus on continuously improving how we do things

• Experience working with key partners/vendors to deliver leadership development programs
