Exciting opportunity to join the Cyber, Strategic Delivery and Performance team within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and SportThis is a Clerk Grade 11/12 role with a salary range of $154,231 - $178,369 per annum plus superannuation and leave loadingOngoing role based in Sydney CBD, hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs
About The RoleIn this role, you will:lead the planning and delivery of complex projects and initiatives from design through to implementation and evaluationcoordinate governance, reporting, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery artefactsbuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the department and portfolio to drive outcomes and maintain momentumsupport the implementation of priority initiatives, including delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, communications and continuous improvementtranslate ideas and business needs into structured initiatives, delivery plans and measurable outcomescontribute to the uplift and maturity of a new function by improving processes, governance, reporting, planning and ways of workingprovide high-quality advice, briefings and recommendations to support decision-making and executive oversightdeliver other strategic, digital, reform or capability-building projects as priorities evolve.

About YouYou will bring:demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in government, digital, transformation, policy or operational environmentsstrong project management discipline, including planning, governance, risk management, reporting and stakeholder coordinationexcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare quality briefs, updates and recommendationssound judgement, initiative and the ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-moving environmentstrong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to bring people with youa practical mindset and a focus on outcomes, continuous improvement and getting things done.experience in digital uplift, transformation, organisational change, capability-building or continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
