Cellar Door & Direct Sales Manager

Driftwood Wines is a well-established Wilyabrup winery with a working vineyard, wine production, cellar door, and a growing kitchen offering. We're looking for a Cellar Door & Direct Sales Manager to lead our cellar door team and drive our direct-to-customer sales — wine club, tastings, tour groups and cellar door retail.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality but thinks like a salesperson. You'll run day-to-day cellar door operations, lead a small close-knit team, and take ownership of growing our wine club and visitor experience — working alongside our marketing partner to turn campaigns into real visits and members.

What you'll do

•      Grow our wine club through tastings, events and follow-up outreach

•      Sell and coordinate tour group and function bookings

•      Lead, roster and train our small cellar door and restaurant team

•      Own the visitor experience from first pour to wine club sign-up

•      Work with our marketing partner to convert leads into visits and sales

What you'll bring

•      Experience in hospitality, retail or cellar door management

•      A genuine drive for sales and hitting targets, not just service

•      Wine knowledge (formal qualifications a bonus, not essential)

•      Current RSA, managers card and the flexibility to work weekends

•      Confidence leading a small team and owning the numbers

Hours build seasonally with our trading calendar — a steady base through the cooler months, stepping up to full-time across our peak spring/summer season. Attractive salary based on experience, plus performance incentives tied to wine club growth.
