Practice Manager

We are seeking a motivated person to be our Practice Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical, administrative, and reception services.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of all business operations within the clinic including IT, OHS, HR, Tenancy Management and external stakeholder management
• Continue to build the practice into a thriving Medical and Specialist Centre
• Recruitment and Retention of GPs
• Induction and Training of new team members including GPs
• Generate efficiency and improvements through process
• Driving Innovation and Best Practice Techniques
• Oversee and manage clinic accreditation process
• Develop clinics yearly operations plan
• Oversee Financial Performance including annual budget preparation
