The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our DFO South Wharf Outlet team.

In this role, you’ll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a fast-paced outlet environment, you’ll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.

Permanent part-time | 31.25 hours per week

Roster:

Sunday | 9:45am–6:15pm

Wednesday | 11:00am–6:15pm

Thursday | 11:00am–6:15pm

Friday | 1:00pm–9:15pm

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations

• Ability to work effectively in a premium concession environment
