Air Conditoning Lead Installer

We're looking for a motivated HVAC Installer to help us become one of WA's most recognised HVAC companies.

Experienced installers holding a Cert II are welcome to apply.

The Package

Salary from $115,000 to $120,000+, based on skill and experience. Project bonuses on successful residential and light commercial jobs, paid quarterly. Commission perks tied to KPI targets and quality outcomes Permanent full time stability with a real long term progression path

About The Role

You'll work closely with our Commercial Project Manager, Residential Coordinator, service techs and admin team, leading high end installations across all makes and models in both residential and light commercial environments. Our client are warranty agents for Hisense, Midea and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, so your workload will span standard residential installs through to larger commercial projects.

What You'll Do

Install and replace Split, Reverse Cycle ducted, Cassette, VRF systems and Package units to standards and industry regulations Manage your time, communicate well and take full ownership of your jobs Support and mentor apprentices and junior techs within the installation scope Assist with larger projects and work closely with the estimator when needed Assist when needed with smaller-scale basic residential installations. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold core values Maintain safe work practices at all times Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
