Analyst

About the Role

We're seeking a Retail Property Analyst to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a recent graduate or someone with 1 - 2 years' experience in Real Estate to gain hands-on exposure in retail property, working closely with Leasing Executives, lease administration, Development Managers, Asset Managers and Centre teams on a diverse portfolio of retail assets and developments. This is a genuine opportunity to progress into a Retail Leasing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse tenancy schedules, rental income, and lease expiry profiles

• Monitor asset performance against budgets and benchmarks

• Liaise with leasing, asset management, and finance teams to gather and validate data

• Assist with financial modelling and valuation analysis for retail property assets

• Assist Leasing Executives with target lists and modelling leasing transactions

• Prepare market research reports on retail trends, tenant demand, and comparable sales/leasing data

• Support due diligence for acquisitions

• Assist Lease administration with Approval documentation, offers to lease and reporting

About you

• A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Property, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field or alternatively someone with 1 - 2 years' experience in Property

• Strong Excel skills; comfort with financial modelling is highly regarded

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

• Genuine interest in retail property and commercial real estate

• No prior industry experience required — full training and mentoring provided
