$90,000 – $110,000 + Super | Based on Experience

Are you an experienced Dental Practice Manager or Treatment Coordinator ready to take ownership of a thriving practice and lead a great team?

We’re recruiting for a well-established, busy 6–8 chair dental practice in Campbelltown looking for a confident, people-focused leader to join them for the long term.

This is more than just keeping the diary running! You’ll be at the heart of the practice – supporting a team of approximately 10 staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating patient treatment and helping ensure an exceptional experience from the first enquiry through to treatment.

You’ll have a varied and hands-on position, including:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of approximately 10 staff

• Overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy 6–8 chair practice

• Treatment coordination, case presentation and supporting patient acceptance

• Managing workflow, rostering and practice performance

• Building strong relationships with patients and the clinical team

• Ensuring excellent communication between front-of-house and clinical staff

• Maintaining effective systems, processes and practice standards

• Helping create a positive, professional and supportive team culture

• Supporting the practice through an upcoming software transition

• Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or Senior Treatment Coordinator

• Experience within a busy, multi-chair dental environment

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

• A calm, mature and solutions-focused approach

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of practice performance

• The ability to work effectively within established systems and processes

• Excellent salary – $90,000–$110,000 + super, depending on experience

• Genuine leadership position with autonomy and responsibility

• Established 6–8 chair practice with a strong existing team

• Combination of management and treatment coordination – no two days will be the same
