Sales and Admin Co-Ordinator

About the role

As Sales & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer enquiries, converting warm and hot leads into bookings, and supporting the day-to-day administration of Class Clean Detailing & Ceramic Coatings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone, SMS and online enquiries from customers interested in ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing and other vehicle protection services, understand customer needs, explain packages and confidently convert qualified leads into bookings

• Proactively follow up warm and hot leads through phone calls, SMS and CRM to maximise conversions and ensure potential customers don't fall through the cracks

• Act as a key point of contact for customers before, during and after their booking, providing professional and timely updates and answering questions about services

• Schedule jobs, confirm appointments and coordinate bookings with the detailing team to ensure the workshop schedule runs efficiently

• Prepare and send customer quotes and invoices, process deposits and assist with following up outstanding payments

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information, update lead stages, record follow-ups and ensure all relevant communication is documented

• Clearly explain the differences between ceramic coating packages, paint correction and available add-ons, helping customers select the most appropriate protection package for their vehicle

• Identify opportunities to offer relevant additional services such as wheel, glass, trim, leather and interior protection, paint correction and ongoing vehicle maintenance

• Help provide a premium customer experience from the customer's first enquiry through to vehicle collection and aftercare

• Assist with emails, customer records, paperwork, payment records, scheduling and other administrative duties required to support the business

About you

• Excellent customer service skills

• Organised and confident on the phone

• Comfortable with sales

• Motivated by achieving targets

• Prior sales experience highly favoured (1 year)
