ResponsibilitiesEffectively complete repairs, diagnostic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to OEM standardsSupport customers with after-sales service, warranty repairs and claimsContribute to decisions on continuous improvement activitiesEnsure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time and accuratelyAny other technical related aspects as and when requiredResponsible for emergency breakdown repair in NSWCarry out pre-delivery of new machinesResponsible for the repair of faulty vehicles in inventoryEnsure machines are ready for delivery and meet or exceed customer expectations
Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experiences of servicing for aerial work platformDiesel technician qualification or Auto electrical qualification essentialKnowledge of Elevated Work PlatformsExperience and knowledge of fault diagnostics and softwareForklift license desirableCurrent drivers license essentialStrong work ethic and self-motivationProven time management skills with the ability to work independentlyFlexibility to adapt to different cultures and projectsAdvanced oral and written communication skills in EnglishCurrent permanent work rights with no restriction in AustraliaAbility to travel interstate
