This fixed-term parental leave cover offers the opportunity to analyse complex information and drive meaningful outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders across RACQ to support the development of strategy, identify growth opportunities, and solve complex business challenges. You'll leverage data, market insights and member trends to shape strategic priorities, inform decision-making, and support RACQ's long-term growth ambitions.

Supporting strategy development and strategic planning activities across RACQ

• Conducting analysis using market research, member insights, business performance data, and industry trends
• Partnering with leaders across Brand & Member, Commercial Businesses, and Enabling Functions
• Applying strategic frameworks to identify opportunities, risks, and priorities
• Facilitating discussions and workshops to align stakeholders around a shared direction
• Developing clear, evidence-based recommendations and strategic artefacts for decision-makers
• Supporting the Strategy & Planning Leads and Executive Manager Strategy & Planning on strategic initiatives

ABOUT YOU

You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and stakeholder engagement skills. You're comfortable navigating complexity and enjoy solving problems that don't always have a straightforward answer.

You'll also bring:

• 3-5 years' experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, commercial analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
• Commercial acumen and the ability to identify practical business opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience influencing stakeholders and building relationships across diverse groups
• A curious mindset with the ability to think strategically while remaining outcomes-focused
