Scotch Oakburn College is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Educational Operations. This leadership position is based on the Penquite Campus with whole of College responsibilities. The newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in leading staff growth and professional learning, and oversight of key academic and operational structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic educational leadership with operational coordination to ensure coherence, sustainability and effectiveness across College programs, initiatives and systems. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities who can effectively collaborate across various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of educational operations.
