We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team based in Melbourne. We pride ourselves on developing long term relationships with our customers and providing outstanding customer service so you'll be tasked with ensuring our customers have a great experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes on incoming calls with strong phone contact handling skills.
• Receive, validate and process customer orders.
• Prepare quotations for sales representatives.
• Assist customers with product software education and trouble shooting.
• Liaise with sales representatives, internal warehouse and freight companies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Previous customer service or related industry experience highly regarded.
• Must enjoy delivering quality customer service to clients.
• Excellent data entry and MS Office skills are essential.
• Previous knowledge of ERP - SAP advantageous.
