Key Responsibilities

As a Primary School Classroom Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering dynamic, curriculum-aligned lessons to achieve educational objectives.

• Offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students reach their full potential.

• Creating and maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to effective learning.

• Utilising appropriate assessment methods and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

• Fostering a culture of trust, care, and respect within the classroom.

• Building strong, supportive relationships with students, recognizing their academic and pastoral needs.

Essential Criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Teaching.

• 3-year experience in Primary Teaching

• Current Teacher Registration in NSW.

• Valid Working With Children Check.

• A deep understanding of the primary curriculum.

• Demonstrated ability to engage students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.

• Commitment to the welfare and well-being of students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Location & Transport

Leppington is situated 38 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD, within the local government areas of the City of Liverpool and Camden Council. The campus is easily accessible via Camden Valley Way, connecting Leppington to Camden, Liverpool, and the Westlink M7. Leppington railway station on the South West Rail Link also offers frequent direct services to the CBD via Strathfield.
