This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock, while maintaining accurate inventory records. The position involves managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries and pickups, organizing warehouse layout, and ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment and space. The Warehouse Manager – All Rounder will supervise and support warehouse team members, implement and maintain operational procedures, and assist with hands-on tasks such as loading, unloading, and forklift operation as required. The role also includes monitoring compliance with safety standards, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with other departments to support smooth business operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse workflows.Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and relevant licensing to safely handle materials and equipment.Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess effective communication and team leadership abilities to supervise staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Experience in warehouse or logistics management, including familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software, is highly beneficial.A valid forklift license and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations are desirable.Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work on-site full time in Diggers Rest, VIC.
