About the Opportunity:
Tombo Den is seeking a talented sushi chef to join our team. Work with supportive and passionate chefs in an award-winning venue. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to start your culinary journey and learn from the best in the industry. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant 
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication, organisation and presentation
• Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
