Experienced Tyre Fitter / 4WD Suspension & Accessory Installer

BB4X4 Offroad is looking for an experienced and reliable Tyre Fitter / 4WD Suspension & Accessory Installer to join our team in Brendale.

This position will initially be offered as a permanent part-time role, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time position for the right candidate based on performance, experience and suitability within the team.

We are looking for someone who is confident working on 4WD vehicles, takes pride in their workmanship and is happy to contribute across the workshop, warehouse and general day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a hands-on position involving tyre fitting, suspension installation and general 4WD builds.

Duties may include:

• Fitting, balancing and changing 4WD tyres and wheels

• Wheel rotations and tyre inspections

• Installing 4WD suspension and lift kits

• Fitting shocks, springs and related suspension components

• Assisting with 4WD builds and accessory installations

• General mechanical and workshop duties associated with vehicle upgrades

• Checking vehicles and completed work prior to customer handover

• Loading and unloading tyres, wheels and stock

• Picking and preparing warehouse orders

• Local deliveries and pickups when required

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop and warehouse

• Cleaning vehicles, workshop areas, equipment and workspaces as required

• Assisting other team members during busy periods

• Carrying out other reasonable duties as directed by management

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous tyre fitting experience

• Has experience installing 4WD suspension kits and lift kits

• Is confident working on modified 4WD vehicles

• Has good mechanical knowledge and confidence using workshop equipment

• Understands safe vehicle lifting and workshop procedures

• Takes pride in producing quality workmanship

• Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

• Is physically capable of lifting and handling tyres, wheels and suspension components

• Works well as part of a small team

• Can also work independently when required

• Is willing to assist with general workshop, warehouse, cleaning and delivery duties when required

• Holds a current Australian driver's licence

Experience with wheel alignments, 4WD accessories, suspension, mechanical work or complete 4WD builds will be highly regarded.

BB4X4 Offroad is a specialist 4WD tyre, wheel, suspension and accessory business based in Brendale.

We work on everything from everyday 4WDs through to touring vehicles, towing setups and more extensively modified off-road builds.

While tyre fitting, suspension and vehicle work will form the core of the position, the successful candidate must also be willing to assist with warehouse picking, deliveries, stock handling, cleaning and other reasonable duties as directed by management.
