Electrician Apprentice

About the role

This is a genuine apprenticeship with hands-on learning from day one. You'll work alongside our licensed electricians and solar installation team on real jobs — residential rooftop systems, commercial installations, and off-grid setups across NSW. You'll be on the tools, learning how solar and battery systems work from the ground up, and building the kind of practical skills that set you up for a long career.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with solar panel installation and electrical wiring under licensed supervision
• Learning how to install and commission inverters, batteries, and off-grid systems
• Working safely on rooftops and across varied site environments
• Using hand and power tools correctly and safely
• Completing TAFE coursework alongside on-the-job training
• Building customer-facing confidence as you develop

About you

• Currently enrolled in or about to start an Electrical Apprenticeship (or keen to get started)
• Valid driver's licence (essential — you'll be travelling to sites)
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and genuinely keen to learn
• Good attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
• Strong work ethic
