Studio Coordinator

Studio Coordinator - Moss Vale or Tahmoor Studio

The Studio Coordinator supports the everyday running of River Road Creative Academy, helping keep communication, scheduling, teachers and studio operations organised.

Key responsibilities include:

-Responding to parent and student emails, enquiries, feedback and scheduling requests, escalating matters to Director where required.

-Managing lesson scheduling through Student Management System (Udio), including make-ups, new students, teacher changes, cover, group classes and holiday programs.

-Supporting and communicating with teachers, including reminders, individual follow-ups and organising teacher cover where required.

-Coordinating school holiday and term rollover processes, including teacher availability, parent opt-outs and holiday scheduling.

-Checking teacher invoices and completing fortnightly outstanding fees reports and follow-ups with students/families

-General social media support when required

The role works closely with Director the Learning & Teaching Coordinator and teaching team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of River Road's studios and programs.

Role is Part time (up to 30hrs per week) with the option for full time

Pay: $3,700.00 per month
