Induction & Training Administrator

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Induction & Training Administrator to join the team at HILLS TANKERS in Beresfield NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in coordinating the company's induction and training programs.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and maintaining employee induction and training records and ensuring compliance of training certificates

• Planning ahead so that Employees Trainings, Medicals and Inductions are completed before expiring

• Onboard personnel and making sure training and inductions are booked so as to minimise down time

• Managing phone and email enquiries from internal and external clients

• Scheduling and facilitating ongoing training sessions for employees

• Tracking training attendance and completion

• Providing administrative support for the training function

• Ensuring all training records and documentation are accurately maintained

• Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training program

What we're looking for

• Strong ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks

• Strong analysis and problem solving ability with attention to detail

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills 

• Highly motivated and proactive

• High level of computer literacy, including MS Office suite skills i.e Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

• Experience with induction portals e.g. Pegasus, Damstra etc

• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team

• Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role will be considered
