About the role:

We're looking for a Campaign Specialist, Lifecycle to join our Marketing team within Origin Zero, with a direct focus on our eMobility and Community Batteries portfolios - two fast-emerging parts of Origin's energy transition strategy.

You'll support the design, build and execution of personalised, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns through our customer engagement platform, helping bring customer journeys to life at key moments and driving engagement, retention and satisfaction.

Working closely with the team, you'll help ensure campaign quality, data compliance and platform optimisation, using your analytical skills, hands-on platform craft and attention to detail. It's a great opportunity to shape the customer experience for two strategic, growing parts of Origin's business.

This is a chance to help shape the customer journey for two of Origin's fastest-growing businesses, building hands-on skills in Braze, Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud while playing a direct role in Australia's shift to eMobility and clean energy. You'll work across data, creative and compliance in one dynamic role, within a collaborative, fast-paced team backed by a trusted brand — with plenty of room to grow as these businesses scale.

What will you bring?

• Experience in a CRM role, gained in any industry
• A bachelor's degree (front-end development skills a plus)
• Know-how in marketing automation, CRM and data privacy
• A curious, agile mindset with strong stakeholder skills
