Kilmac Civil is seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Officer to join our team!

About the role

As our Administration & Accounts Officer, you'll be involved in all facets of administration and accounts, supporting both our office operations and project teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• managing accounts payable, suppliers and reconciliations

• customer account management

• employee onboarding and HR administration

• managing project documentation and data entry

• general administration and reporting support to management

What we're looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Accounts payable and reconciliations experience essential

• Proven general administration experience essential

• Strong verbal & written English communication skills essential

• Payroll experience and willingness to assist highly regarded

• Confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Office

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
