About the role
Orange Family Dental is a modern, privately owned dental practice located at 147 Hill Street, Orange, NSW. Our purpose-built facility is equipped with state-of-the-art digital dental technology, supporting a team of highly trained dentists and specialists.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. We are also looking for casual staff.
This full-time position offers a structured 4-day work week with no weekend shifts. You will work closely with our dentists and patients in a hands-on clinical role, supporting smooth workflows and positive patient experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and values high standards of care.
Chairside assisting for general and specialist dental procedures
Instrument sterilisation and infection control in line with accredited policies
Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
Assisting with the use and implementation of modern dental technologies
We are looking for someone who is:
Organised, neat, and detail-oriented
A strong communicator and team player
Compassionate, calm, and patient-focused
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiarity with general dental procedures
Understanding of infection control guidelines
