As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. We are also looking for casual staff.

The Role – Dental Assistant

This full-time position offers a structured 4-day work week with no weekend shifts. You will work closely with our dentists and patients in a hands-on clinical role, supporting smooth workflows and positive patient experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and values high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for general and specialist dental procedures

• Instrument sterilisation and infection control in line with accredited policies

• Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment

• Assisting with the use and implementation of modern dental technologies

Skills & Attributes

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organised, neat, and detail-oriented

• A strong communicator and team player

• Compassionate, calm, and patient-focused

• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Ideal but Not Essential

• Familiarity with general dental procedures

• Understanding of infection control guidelines
