Level 3 Support Engineer

Temporary role has opened with this Australian owned and operated managed services group seeking a Level 3 Engineer. The role is on-site in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs and duration of project is approximately 3 - 6 months. Possible renewal and ongoing permanent work is negotiable.

Ideally you are a senior Systems/IT Support Engineer with the following experience:

• Microsoft 365 user and group management

• Intune device management and creation of policies + apps

• Intune device onboarding

• Managing Enterprise applications in Entra ID

• Active Directory + Group Policy

• On-prem exchange servers

• Hyper-V management

• WSUS

• HPE server firmware updating

Highly desirable:

• Commvault

• Sonicwall

• Azure Arc

• Patch my PC

• Threatlocker

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential. Immediate start is available and salary or contract rate is negotiable depending on experience level. Convenient inner-north location close to transport connections and parking.
