About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our venue and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is passionate about team development, and has a strong commercial mindset.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of venue operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, compliance, and overall venue presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue from Opening to Close

• Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teams

• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences

• Monitor venue performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Manage rosters, labour costs, and inventory control

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently

• Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and promotional activities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence

About You

• Previous experience in a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, or Hospitality Manager role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Commercially driven with strong financial acumen

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and compliance requirements

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
