The Woodcroft Hotel is the Soul of the South, focused on quality food, drinks and experiences.

Due to internal-transfer, we are now looking for a new Head Chef to continue leading our amazing team to success.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• Passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience

• Ability to produce consistently high quality food

• Positive leadership and training to the team

• Ability to come up with appropriate specials

• Commitment to hygiene, food safety and work health & safety

• Understanding of rosters, ordering and stock control

• A passion for food, presentation and service is essential

We offer excellent opportunities for reward and recognition, with a group of 12 venues, each with a unique offering. You will have the opportunity to attend any or all of our award winning RDJ Academy training sessions or work at different venues to see how they run. You will also be supported in your role by the Group Executive Chef and Venue Manager.
