The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. If you love engaging with people, thrive in a fast-paced café environment, and appreciate the charm of a honey-themed venue, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour.

• Take orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and the cozy ambiance of the café.

• Offer insights into the local area and enhance guests' tourism experiences.

• Provide assistance with bar services, including alcoholic beverages, adhering to RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements where applicable.

About You:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for great service.

• Experience in bar services and a Victorian RSA certification is highly regarded.

• Prior hospitality or tourism experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.

• An interest in the honey and bee theme adds an extra buzz to your role!
