About the role
Rune Spa is a new five-star day spa in Innaloo, Perth, offering natural, toxin-free treatments in a setting inspired by the warmth and intimacy of a European wine bar, think deep reds, raw stone & marble accents,
As a Spa Therapist at Rune Spa, you will deliver luxurious, results-driven and nurturing treatments, creating a space where guests can slow down, feel truly cared for, and reconnect with themselves. You will perform treatments ranging from 60 to 120 minutes, with a treatment menu spanning basic facial, body scrubs, body masks, head and scalp treatments and customisable full body massage. To protect your wellbeing and the quality of every treatment you give, we roster no more than 5 hours of hands-on massage work per day.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available for this role.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Perform 60–120 minute massages, facials and body treatments to a five-star standard
Deliver a warm, attentive guest experience in line with Rune Spa's wholistic and toxin-free philosophy
Communicate clearly and warmly with guests, by understanding their needs and talking them through their treatment and the way a Rune Spa experience feels
Maintain a clean, calm and beautifully presented treatment space
Work collaboratively with the wider spa team to ensure a seamless guest journey
Stay up to date with treatment protocols, hygiene standards and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a professional spa environment
Great communication skills, both with guests and your fellow team members
The right to work in Australia
Cert 4 Beauty or Diploma Qualification in Beauty Therapy
A genuine interest in ongoing training and developing your craft
Basic knowledge of facial treatments and skin anatomy (further training will be provided)
A wellness-minded approach, both in how you look after your guests and how you look after yourself

Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a close-knit, family-like environment
