About the role
We are seeking an experienced chef to lead our kitchen team at a multi award winning breakfast and brunch venue.
Key responsibilities
Planning weekly specials and seasonal menus
Menu costing and liaising with suppliers
Directing kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff
Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes
Delegation of duties and problem solving during service
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
Liaising with Owner to ensure a consistently high standard of service and quality
About you
Minimum 3 years experience in Breakfast Brunch.
Calm and confident leader under pressure.
Previous Head Chef experience or Sous Chef wanting to step up.
Must have excellent pan and grill skills.
Must have a high work ethic but also enjoy what you do.
