About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Consultant who is motivated, customer-focused and driven to achieve outstanding results.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in vehicle sales
• Previous Hyundai experience is preferred
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
• A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Hyundai range
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products and finance offerings
• Collaborate with the wider dealership team to drive sales growth
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales journey
