We are looking for experienced waitstaff who are eager to begin a career in cocktail bartending.

Begin Lvl 2 Award rates.
Current RSA mandatory.

We are a casual neighbourhood bar however, we provide full table-service so experience in managing sections/hosting is required.
Once internal cocktail training is completed, this role will be promoted to Lvl 3 award wages and you will rotate between host/floor, barback, bartending shifts.
We aim for this to happen within the first 8 weeks of employment.

While we support everyone’s drinking preferences, a genuine interest in flavour and alcoholic beverages is a must.
Intermediate wine, beer and spirit knowledge expected. Full cocktail training is provided.

Work closely within a small team of 4-5, with owner/operators in-service daily to provide hands-on training.

We currently have Sat/Sun/Mon/Thurs shifts available at approx 20hrs - this is subject to change.
Shifts range from 3:00pm start to 1:00am finish.
In 2027 we are looking to drive the whole team forward so progression will be swift for the right candidate.
