Maintenance Officer

Treeby Parklands Care Community is located opposite Calleya Park in Treeby. Our Care Community has been designed to foster a sense of community with our spacious living areas and landscaped tranquil gardens.

About the role: Maintain the care community's buildings, grounds, and equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance, contractor coordination, and compliance activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and team members.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
• Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
• Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
• Liaison with external contractors where required
• Lawn and garden maintenance as required
• Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
