About FoodcoFoodco is an established leader in casual dining. With close to 300 cafes outlets throughout Australia, you may know us by our brands; Muffin Break and Jamaica Blue. We are all about excellent coffee and menu items freshly made in our cafes.An opportunity has recently become available for an experienced hospitality Area/Regional Manager to join us in the role of Senior Foodco Business Coach to support our franchisees in and around Greater Sydney and/or Regional NSW.
Your RoleWe are looking for an energetic, customer-focused person with a head for business, to join our team.In your role as a Senior Foodco Franchise Business Coach you will:Partner with our franchisees to maximise sales and profitability, maintain our operational standards and identify opportunities for growth in their businesses.Provide quality ongoing training to the cafe outlets, through a process of audits, evaluations and observation.Work with franchise partners to open new cafe operations and manage changeovers as and when directed, providing assistance in the training of new and existing teams.Lead the wider NSW team of Foodco Business Coaches - ensuring they are well supported, identifying any training gaps and helping them grow and progress in their roles.
Experience and SkillsIdeally you have excellent communication skills, a head for business and enjoy working in a demanding and competitive environment. You are self-motivated and flexible with a hands-on approach to your work, complimented by a sound knowledge of coffee and cafe operations.You will have broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of retail food or hospitality operations including financial analysis, marketing and training with multi-site experience. Education in business studies or hospitality management would be an advantage but is not essential.A minimum of 3 years in a similar field-based role within the Hospitality/QSR sector would also be greatly advantageous.
LocationThis position is based in Sydney and will require travel to sites around NSW.
