We seek a Customer Service team member to join our Adelaide team working closely with both our Customer Service team and Account Managers to provide a high level of service and support to our valued client base, ensuring every interaction exceeds the client’s expectations.

- Optimistic and positive approach, able to overcome obstacles or setbacks.

- Demonstrate effective planning, prioritising, and organisational skills.

Your daily activities will include:

- Liaise with clients via phone and emails providing any needed updates.

- Inbound telephones sales and support.

- Processing sales orders.

- Maintaining and updating client database.

- Providing quotes and special pricing.

- Assist in resolving client and supplier issues to deliver positive outcomes.

- General office duties.
