Role Summary

This role bridges people, operations, and parent relationships. You will support staff recruitment, training, daily centre operations, and parent communication, with a strong focus on student retention and re-enrollment.

As many of our families are Mandarin-speaking, fluent communication in both English and Chinese is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Student & Parent Learning Support (Bilingual Focus)

• Act as the primary point of contact for families in both English and Mandarin

• Understand each student’s learning goals and recommend suitable courses and learning pathways

• Regularly communicate student progress, learning outcomes, and teacher feedback to parents

• Build strong relationships with families to support long-term student retention and re-enrollment

• Professionally handle parent inquiries, concerns, and course adjustments

Enrollment & Course Coordination

• Support trial class consultations and guide families through the enrollment process

• Coordinate class schedules, make-up lessons, and course transitions

• Monitor attendance and follow up with families regarding absences or learning concerns

• Assist with renewal conversations and help families plan future learning stages
  

Team & Centre Support

• Work closely with teachers and centre management to ensure a smooth student experience

• Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and operations staff

• Support daily centre operations, classroom arrangements, and resource preparation

• Assist with holiday programs, open days, workshops, and marketing events

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate student and parent records

• Assist with reporting, scheduling, and basic operational administration

• Support onboarding and communication for teaching staff when required

• Ensure a welcoming, professional, and organized learning environment
  

Required Skills & Experience

Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence speaking to parents and students

• Experience in customer service, education, tutoring centres, schools, or relationship management roles

• Ability to build trust with families and provide high-quality learning support

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive mindset

• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

• Previous experience in education consulting, student services, or learning advisory roles is highly regarded
