The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Transport practice group working under Partner Vicki Jenner on a part-time basis. Vicki has expertise across a broad range of matters, including aviation and marine claims, public and product liability, property damage, workplace injuries, contribution and recovery actions, commercial disputes, and advising on aviation, marine and insurance matters.

You'll be busy with

• assisting Partners and other legal staff
• using various court filing systems
• reporting and monthly billing using our file management system Aderant
• preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents
• diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• previous experience as a Personal Assistant working within a legal environment.
• experience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional services
• excellent attention to detail
