We are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources Manager to join our pre-opening team full time, and play a pivotal role in launching our exciting new hotel in Perth. This is a unique opportunity to build the people, culture, and HR foundations that will shape the success of the hotel from opening and beyond.
Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will lead all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, culture and engagement, learning and development, workforce planning, compliance, and HR operations.
