INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINIST / STITCHER

ATTARDS is a family-owned Australian business that has proudly supported the transport industry since 1972. We manufacture quality truck curtains and transport products for customers across Australia.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Sewing Machinist / Stitcher to join our production team at our Dandenong facility.

HOURS
Casual with full-time employment opportunities available for the right candidate.
Monday to Friday
7:30am – 3:45pm
Overtime available and encouraged.

THE ROLE

• Operating industrial sewing machines

• Stitching and assembling truck curtain hardware

• Operating embroidery machinery when required

• Setting up and adjusting machines

• Quality checking finished products

• Working alongside our Production and Warehouse teams

ESSENTIAL

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Reliable, hardworking and punctual

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn

HIGHLY REGARDED

• Upholstery or similar experience

• Manufacturing or production experience

• Industrial sewing experience

• Sewing machine setup and adjustment experience

Training will be provided to the right candidate.
